Shipping regulations

Free shipping for letters

For all your orders that can be sent by letter (such as vouchers), there are NO shipping and handling costs. The dispatch takes place exclusively by post after receipt of payment.

Please note that for parcels/packages (e.g. the parc vital Christmas boxes) shipping costs of €3.99 to €4.79 may apply. We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. From an order value of €75, these will also be dispatched free of charge.

Last dispatch dates for your delivery before Christmas:

  • Christmas boxes parc vital: last day to order Wed 18 Dec.
  • Vouchers by letter post: Fri 20 Dec ( 2 pm )
