General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Information for Buyers
applicable to Stadtwerke Crailsheim GmbH and its facilities, Bäder Crailsheim and parc vital – Die Saunalandschaft, or third-party offers.
The following GTC, in the version dated 1 May 2026, shall apply to the purchase of vouchers/admission tickets by way of distance selling between Stadtwerke Crailsheim GmbH (hereinafter ‘Stadtwerke’) and the purchaser.

2. General information
The key features of the goods and services are set out in the description of the relevant item and can be viewed during the ordering process. The vouchers are valid for goods and services as described in each case. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Validity
Vouchers purchased from Stadtwerke are valid for one year from the date of issue on which the voucher was issued.
4. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract
Every order constitutes an offer to Stadtwerke to enter into a contract. An order confirmation, which confirms receipt of the order and sets out its details, does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is intended to inform you that your order has been received by Stadtwerke. A contract is only concluded once Stadtwerke accepts your order by delivering the goods, notifying you of dispatch, or by means of a separate confirmation.
5. Prices
All prices are quoted in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. The prices quoted are subject to change. An additional delivery charge per order will be levied (Clause 7 of the Terms and Conditions).

7. Postage
Customers will not be charged any delivery or handling fees if vouchers are sent by standard post. For orders that need to be sent as a parcel (such as gift boxes), a delivery charge may apply, unless ‘collection’ was selected during the ordering process or the order value exceeds 75 euros.
Dispatch takes place once payment has been successfully received.
If an order is returned, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
8. Warranty
Warranty claims are governed by the statutory provisions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Note on online dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14(1) of the ODR Regulation:

Stadtwerke is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Nevertheless, we are obliged to provide you with the contact details of the relevant body:

10. Data Protection
In order to process your order, we will store it together with the order details you have entered and send you a confirmation by email. You will then receive an order confirmation containing all the order details. Details regarding data processing and your associated rights can be found in our current privacy policy.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
For all disputes arising from or in connection with contracts between Stadtwerke and traders, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Stadtwerke
The legal relationships between Stadtwerke and the customer arising from or in connection with this contract are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), provided that the customer is not acting as a consumer. The contract language is German.
12. Severability clause
Should any individual provisions of these terms and conditions or of the contract concluded between the parties be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract.
